These are new, unused Johnson Controls construction units offered for a one-time sale, available in their original crates and covered by a full warranty. Each unit is a Single Packaged R-410A Air Conditioner with a capacity of 27.5 tons, designed for cooling only. Operating at 460 volts, these units feature a 10 HP Medium Static Belt Drive Blower with two stages of cooling and IntelliSpeed control for variable fan operation. The units come with several advanced features such as an economizer with power exhaust, meeting multiple energy efficiency standards, including ASHRAE and IECC. They are equipped with 4-inch pleated MERV 13 filters and a smart equipment controller supporting BACNet, Modbus, and N2 communications. Additional conveniences include a non-powered convenience outlet, circuit disconnect, and a dirty filter indicator switch. Constructed with durability in mind, these air conditioners have microchannel condenser coils, copper tube/aluminum fin evaporator coils, and galvanized steel drain pans. They also feature hinged access panels, louvered hail guards, and a condensate overflow system. These carefully engineered units are designed to deliver efficient cooling and reliable performance for industrial applications.
